1    How do I contact someone from the database?

After performing a search, click the icon to the left of the screen of the person you wish to contact. You will be shown the email that will be sent to that person, clicking "Send email" will cost one credit and will send an email to the email address registered to that person. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee that you will receive a reply, there are many reasons why someone may not or cannot respond. If the person chooses to reply you will receive an email from vimart informing you that you have a message to read. There is no cost to the person you are trying to contact.

2    I've forgotten my password, what should I do?

Click "Log on" then "Forgot password" follow the on-screen instructions and your password will be immediately emailed to you.

3    It's not working, what can I do?

If you are experiencing problems in using the site, please don't hesitate to inform us using the "Contact us" page, we want to make our site as easy to use as possible and your help would be greatly appreciated.

4. What should my entries look like?

Below are some of the 30+ events Ian has in the database. Please read any help provided before saving your own entries but remember your entries only need to make sense to your friends! New entries will not appear to Users of the site until Vimart has approved them. The "approval" is necessary to ensure standardisation of the entries and improve the chances of finding people. Entries will be approved within 24 hours.
